The main function of both drum and IBC heaters to prevent or replace the heat losses that certain liquids lose during the production process.
Drum heaters for plastic drums are specially designed to maintain the viscosity of soaps, fats or oil-based products. A heating cable with a power of 200-450 W must be sewn to a Teflon / polyester insulating cover. The drum heaters are equipped with quick release clips, a 0/90°C thermostat and a 3m power cord with rubber hose.
